Gail Neuls will be putting out the Call for Entry to the Fall Originals Only Show as an attachment. Please take the time to download and share with it with any artist/s that you think may be interested in participating.

Debbie Salmon and Joe Smith have volunteered to spear head our advertising campaign for the upcoming show.

While the Originals Only Show is recognized as one of the Comox Valley's major events, it is important that all the participating artists continue to promote the event wherever possible. In order to assist artists, we will be producing flyers and business size cards that can be handed out to potential participants and the general public.

Monthly Meetings

Speaking of meetings, it was agreed that we will continue holding out monthly meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Mark your calendars everyone and come out to help make sure our show remains a success.

The registration for the Originals Only Fall Show is now open.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

If you are a first time artist you must submit ...if you have participated in an Originals Only show in the past you only need to submit your application form, waiver and cheque.

A signed and fully completed application form and the attached signed Waiver Form

One digital image of the artist's work. Please email this image to our webmaster Shirley Dickie at wowweb@telus.net

A cheque or money order for the full amount of the fee for booth space(s). Made payable to the Comox Recreation Commission.
