and that I may be asked to leave without refund if I persist in doing so.
This waiver must be submitted along with your application: With my acceptance as a participant in The Originals Only Art Show and Sale or any activity associated with it, I agree to release The Town of Comox and the Organizing Committee of the Originals Only Shows and/or their employees, agents or volunteers from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, loss, injury or damage to my person or property whatsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with my taking part in the event and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by any act or failure to act ( including without limitation, negligence ) of members of The Originals Only Group, The Comox Recreation Commission, The Town of Comox and/or any one or more of their employees, agents or volunteers. This agreement is binding on me, my heirs, executors and administrators. I have read and understood the above waiver. prints etc. PLEASE NOTE: 2011 Fees - $110.00 plus HST Per 12 X 12 Booth. Artists May Share A Booth. If you register after July 15, 2011 there will be late fee of $20.00. WHILE THE ORGANIZERS WILL STRIVE TO ACCOMMODATE AS MANY ARTISTS AS POSSIBLE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE AWARDED A BOOTH SPACE AS OUR MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS 100. OVERNIGHT SECURITY On site security will be provided by a professional security company from 5 pm Saturday evening to 7 pm Sunday morning. Participating artists, at their own discretion, may leave their work in their display area. Please note that the Show cannot be held responsible for damages that occur due to weather or any other uncontrollable circumstances. Artists wishing to protect themselves from these kinds of circumstances should consider insuring themselves through their own insurance company.
